1. Copyrights and Use▶ Copyright Ownership : Artist retains full copyright ownership of the artwork. The artist has the right to display and use the artwork for promotional purposes (such as posting on social media, portfolio, etc.) with watermark.The commissioners or clients are not permitted to claim the artwork as your own. Proper credit must be given to the artist whenever the work is shared or displayed.▶ Personal Use : The commissioner are granted to use the artwork for non-commercial purposes such as personal collections, personal displays, printing for personal use, or social media sharing.
The commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless a commercial license is purchased.▶ Commercial Use : If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes (generating profit such as selling prints, merchandise, or using it in marketing), you must purchase a commercial license, which will incur an additional fee (100% from the base price)▶ The commissioned artwork is not to be altered, modificated, claimed, used for NFT, AI, etc.2. Payment and Refunds▶ The listed prices are base price per 1 character, and may increase depending on the complexity of the character, background, or additional details requested.▶ All commissions must be paid in 100% full before work begins.▶ All payments must be processed only via VGen (for international commission).
For local (Indonesia) commission, payment can be sent via local bank.▶ A full refund is only possible if I have not started working on your commission.▶ Partial refund will be provided if I am unable to complete the commission for any reason in partway through of the progress.3. Workflow Progress▶ How To Order :

If so, I'll send you a proposal with your exact pricing and timing before we move forward. Please provide as much detail upfront as possible.▶ Payment : After we’re in agreement, please send the payment within 72 hrs. If payment is not made in time, your commission might be declined. Once the payment is received, I will begin work on your commission.▶ Sketching Phase : I will send you the initial sketches, allowing you to review the sketch and request for minor revisions (up to 3 times, only during sketch phase & rendering phase)▶ Rendering Phase : In this phase I will provide progress updates as needed, allowing you to check in at any point. However, please avoid excessive requests for updates.▶ Final Phase : Once the artwork is approved, I will proceed with completing the artwork and show the final work preview before sending the files. No revisions will be allowed during the final phase.▶ Delivery : I will send you the final file in 4K resolution (PNG) via email.4. Revisions▶ Major Revisions : I declines any request for big changes or major revisions (changing idea in poses, character appearances, etc.)▶ Minor Revisions : You can request for minor revisions up to 3 times, only during sketch phase & rendering phase.▶ No revisions will be allowed during the final phase.5. Do / Don'ts▶ I do : Illustration, OC, Kpop Fanart, Anime Fanart, Character Design, Sticker Design, Album Cover, Twitch/Discord Emotes.▶ I don't do : Porn, Furry, Fetish, Mecha, Gore.6. Communication
